Our Standards:

We strive for better and better products that fit into our standards. Sometimes it’s as little as coloring that causes them to be rejected but for us; that’s not up to our standards.

What’s considered not up to our standards?

  • Low, spotty, or incorrect scent
  • Squishy or wet wax
  • Doesn’t come out the clamshell correctly
  • Incorrect color or appearance
  • Or simply, we made it but didn't label it

 We note on each product that color or appearance may be off due to being handmade however these rejected ones are very off

Shipping Info:

Please allow up to one week ( 7 days ) for your order to arrive. We use Ground Advantage to provide the lowest cost shipping to the customer. Their shipping times are 2-5 days and comes with tracking.

Returns Info:

Up to 14 days to return any item in with proof of purchase, original packaging, and only up to 30% of the product used

How Long Can I burn My Melts For?

We recommend going as long as the tea light burns, usually 4 hours. Once the tea light is burnt out allow the melt to cook, flip it over and light up a fresh tea light. Do this up to 3 times per cube depending on the scent strength and your preference. If you’re using an electric burner then we recommend 4 hours, flip, allow to cool, flip over, light again.

What Are The Jiggle Melts Made Out Of?

Jiggle Melts is gel wax mixed with fragrance oil. Simple sounding right? WRONG. The science and math behind getting the perfect formula, environmental conditions, storing, curing, even the spoons being used has all been a long journey to perfecting the scent throw and the right consistency in wax to give the jiggle. Gel wax is essentially polymer resin and mineral oil. The proper amount of both combined together and formulated into tough solid cubes that we then melt down then mix with color and scents.
